Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently ship direct only in the US & Canada, but you can check with retailers for international orders and shipping options. Our Find The Pixies page has current retailers carrying Indigo Pixie & Forest Friends Collection line.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Orders placed before 12:00 pm (Noon) EST Monday through Friday will ship out same day if in stock. Orders placed on the weekends and or on a Holiday will ship next business day. An Email confirmation with tracking info will be sent after order fulfillment.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Most items ordered via Standard Delivery will arrive within 5-7 business days. Exceptions include customized items and items shipped from locations other than our main warehouse.
2-Day Express and 3-Day Express Delivery are also available for an extra charge.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and use PayPal as our Gateway. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
All order changes and cancellations can be made from your My Account page. Once you have created a order view you account. Please Note: cancel a order after it has shipped out will not process you must contact customer service.
My package did not arrive – What should I do?
Please call our office at 1-910 7 PIXIES , or email us. Please Note: delivery complaints regarding product must be lodged within 30 days of original order placement.
How Can I Return a Product?
We do not accept returns unless there is a problem with your order. In this case please contact our customer service department within 30 days of purchase at Customer Service Email. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
